After being rushed around the airport even with getting there early, I was starving. Stopped by the new paradise bakery, a former favorite place of mine, I was highly disappointed. All I ordered was a muffin and a salad (caesar) the easiest meal ever. But it took over 5 minutes before someone realized that my salad needed to be made. And then I found a long black hair in it. Wasn't thrilled. I just want people to do their job, don't think they are willing to work there. The manager the way she talked to the employees, perhaps that's the reason no one wanted to work. Either way next time I fly out I will make sure to bring my own food as to avoid such an experience.

Wow.... once you get through security this place *unfortunately* is the first cafe you see which is why we stopped there. I've never experienced such rudeness from simply asking if I could have a Carmel mocha to the woman who was working cashier (tan older woman with black hair). I mean this is a cafe right? Not to mention her and the other two girls were talking about another employee and not paying any attention to the line now forming. Once we headed towards our gate there were soooo many more cafes with more options and friendly employees so I will not be making that mistake ever again. It's unfortunate because I use to work in the food/customers service industry and I tip VERY well even if my experience is just meh, but this was shockingly off putting.

Come on, it's Arizona's Panera in an airport. Do you honestly think service will always be the best? I still had a good experience. I stopped by on a late Thursday afternoon with only one person in line. I just wanted a bagel and some cream cheese and I could see they still had bagels. I thought the service was quick and timely. I also appreciated how the cashier reminded me to grab a knife. Probably why it was quick. All they had do was toast the bagel, place it in a bag with cream cheese. My bagel hit the spot though.

Convenient location in Terminal 2. Staff was friendly but not as quick as I would like. I ordered a half Caesar chicken salad for the flight. I got to choose from a piece of fruit or chips to go with my salad. Salad was ok, not great.

Employee by the name of "Summer" should take the summer off and get a different job where she doesn't have to provide a smile nor any sort of customer service. She's texting behind the counter, messing with her sloppy hair, she's too busy and rude to help customers. I'll go elsewhere and get better food and service.
